Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and seven days.

Returns

The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Be aware that your order may be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
